With pile crusher using which piles up to 1400 mm dia and 900 mm sq piles can be crushed at lightning speeds.........In all cases where piles are driven or cast, the top 1-2 m height of the pile needs to be crushed/dismantled to expose the reinforcement which need to be embedded in the further constructions. In normal cases this activity is a time consuming process not only involving heavy expenditure but also cumbersome.
Pile Breaker makes this activity very simple, fast and economical, upto 10-15 piles can be crushed in one hour.
The Pile Crushing Unit is attached to the regular excavator and connected to the existing hydraulic system of the excavator. Pile crusher can also be mounted onto Telescopic arms / Cranes / Hydra etc and powered by external Hydraulic Power source. The pile is crushed before we bat an eyelid.
